Success Stories

Due to the great response by the donors of CENUK and the installation of electricity, the Nepal government has agreed to release monies to enable the village to start pumping water. It is hoped that within 4 years all homes will have access to running water however not drinking water. Land will be purchased to build a small grassed area suitable for volleyball, football etc. The work on the secondary and primary schools will continue when and if funding becomes available. Along with the promotion of ‘buy a brick’ and child sponsor campaigns, we hope the funding for this work will continue. Health is now a priority and the next major project will be the refurbishment and supplying of the local medical centre.

The donations so far have had a huge impact and CENUK hope this continues, we would like to thank all the people that have donated money, time and effort into our school project, your help will always be remembered.
